Refund Policy

This event is rain or shine so there will be no refunds.

This is a cashless event. all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are accepted. Please note that all transactions may be subject to a processing fee.

 

Parking & Accessibility

The festival is in a metropolitan area. Parking may be challenging, but there's lots of street parking available in the surrounding area. Madeira Field is wheelchair accessible for all who attend

vip: all vip purchases include assigned parking. parking pass and lot location will be emailed to attendees. parking pass needs to be printed and placed on the dash of the vehicle prior to arrival.

Food/drink

no outside food or drink is allowed into the festival. Food and drink will be available for purchase once you're inside the grounds. 

Tickets

Tickets will be available at a general admission price up to the day of the event. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the gate on the day of the event.

weather

RPRC Fest is a rain or shine event, however, there are several instances in which the festival may be paused, evacuated, or canceled due to inclement weather, including (but not limited to): severe thunderstorms, lightning in our festival radius, excessive wind, hail, flooding, or as directed by local emergency personnel. We recommend fans review our grounds map so you can be best prepared to get to safety in the event of inclement weather.

Please carefully check the list of prohibited items and arrive very early to allow extra time for screening.  All entrances will have metal detectors; please plan accordingly. Your safety is our number one concern, so these items are also subject to change at any time and at the discretion of the security staff.

  • We strongly encourage you to not bring bags of any sort. If you must bring a bag, please abide by our bag policy below:

  • No professional cameras or cameras with removable lenses

  • No selfie sticks

  • No lasers or laser pointers

  • No outside chairs of any kind.

  • No inflatable lounger air sofas

  • No umbrellas

  • No hula hoops or totems

  • No balloons or beach balls

  • No confetti or glow sticks

  • No aerosol cans

  • No whistles or air horns

  • No fireworks or explosives

  • No musical instruments of any kind

  • No camelbaks or other refillable hydration packs

  • No weapons of any kind

  • No drugs or drug paraphernalia

  • No pets (with exception of service animals)

  • No colors or patches

  • No chains, chain wallets, or spikes

  • No unauthorized vending or advertising

  • No walkie talkies/two way radios

re-entry

Re-entry into the festival will be permitted. Once you have entered the venue, you will be allowed to leave and come back in. Please plan accordingly.
